The Golden Rice hotel is a new hotel in an excellent location of Hanoi Tourist Center, it is adjacent to Hoan Kiem lake and a short walk away from the Puppet theatre, which is where a multitude of bars and restaurants are located, together with various night market. We were only at the hotel for two nights but during that time found all the staff very helpful and very friendly and would recommend this hotel as an excellent, value-for-money stay in the city

Stayed in this hotel as a 4 day stop gap and didn't want to leave!

It is in a great location, right in the centre of the old Town, just walking distance to Hoa Kiem Lake.

Staff is amazing they can arrange anything you ask for, I asked them for a computer, and they brought a laptop to my room promptly. I also booked some tours to Halong Bay and Sapa with them. They are well organized by the hotel staff.

I travel to Hanoi a lot for works so have tried several different hotels at all levels. Was recommended by friends, I decided to try Golden Rice Hotel. I got the 7fl available room. The price was 60 USD so I didn't expect much even though the website (which is done very well) had nice pics.

You enter the hotel through a large wooden doorway that makes you feel you are visiting a friend's very nice house.

I come to Ha Noi for Business and stayed at Golden Rice Hotel for 3 nights from 15th,June. Hotel was new, so clean, Furnitures were luxury, the bathroom was big with bath tub and standing bath. The suite Room I stayed with city view of Hang Trong street. Golden Rice Restaurant is great with nice staff.

I like Golden Rice Hotel as it have many advantages which well-matched with what a tourist want.

Its location is great just walkable to the central lake and very quite at night.
